Under the trading mark "Non-woven fabric" we represent textile fabrics, manufactured by "Velam-Rus" Ltd. to be used in various fields of domestic and foreign industrial complexes.

Main technical characteristics:

Needle-punched fabric - is an environment-friendly, light, durable, flame-redundant, resistant to deformation and UV rays-treatment, germs and low temperatures resistant. it's in the highest degree water-absorbing and  not allergic. The material can be 100% recycled.

Non-woven fabrics can be produced up to 5 meters wide, weight 10-2000 g/m2. Material content: PES, PET, PP, viscose, cotton wastes fibers. We can produce both needle-punched and thermobounded material. The thickness of the materials produced is 0.2 mm-100 mm, materials can be volumetric.  The fabrics can be produced of various colors and can be made to order in accordance with the given characteristics.

Tearing strength - depending on the fabric destination, N, 190 - 14 000 (in MD and CD)

Elongation at strength - no more than 80% in MD, no more than 100% in CD.

Material types:


Geotextile offered by our company is a water-proof fabric possessing excellent properties against deformation and high durability.
The main features of our geotextile are high tearing characteristics and resistance to depression.

Filtering features: ground layers separation, water steams filtration, draining to avoid silting and sediment, slopes reinforcement, ballating pipe-lines.

Flooring backing

The technology of production of the fabrics used for flooring backing helps us receive the material in the least degree exposed to shrinkage when flooded with PVC paste, possessing perfect mass and thickness distribution and even surface.

Material weight for this purpose is 200-400 g/m2.

Automotive industry materials

Materials are used for interior trimming of various vehicle parts.

Our synthetic fabrics provide high heat- and noise-insulation properties of the finished goods, high bio- and chemical-resistance, abrasion resistance.

Technical textile for light, footwear and furniture industry

The materials are used as a basis for table cloths, modern wallpapers and layered plastics, sealing and heat insulation material for clothes, damping, decorative and fixing materials for furniture industry, for inner soles production, sealing and softening fabrics for footwear industry.

Agricultural textile

Used in agriculture. A homogeneous structure material providing special micro climate ensuring perfect temperature, homogeneous precipitation distribution, constant air circulation. The material easily lets water through, does not get heavier due to it and does not damage the seedlings.

Roofing materials

The fabrics are used in construction to provide heat-insulation of panels, floors, overlaps, roofs, to reinforce pond shores, etc. 

The material is used as a means for roofing, water-proof bituminous materials. The base non-woven layer ensures complete resistance o mildew, low water-absorption, high flexibility and tearing characteristics. The fabric can bear pin load (walking over the roof) and keep dimensional stability, it does not allocate harmful substances at ambient temperature, can't be deluded in water, thus it is absolutely environment-friendly.
